Job Responsibilities:
• The candidate must be able to conceptualize creatively and execute appealing graphics,
photoshop templates, Flash animations, etc. and advise on strategies to reach a particular
audience.
• Must have exceptional visual design skills, including colour theory and visual hierarchy and
ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Should possess a concrete knowledge on user interface design, usability methodology,
information architecture, industry standards and trends, platform and browser capabilities and
web design constraints.
• Must be able to develop design aspects of web development including (but not limited to) site
layout, navigation, images, banners, icons, interaction animations and other multimedia
elements.
• The candidate must have work experience in HTML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Complete knowledge and experience in web design softwares such as Adobe Photoshop,
Illustrator, Macromedia, Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX, sound and video editing software and
able to develop graphics for product illustrations, logos and websites across various media.
• Will be responsible to Create images that identify a product or convey a message
• Knowledge on E-commerce interfaces & technologies
• Knowledge of recent technologies like HTML 5, Joomla, Drupal and wordpress would be an
added advantage.
Required Key Experience/ Skills
• Proven graphic designing experience
• Highly proficient with Raster Graphics editor such as Adobe Photoshop & vector graphics tools
such as Adobe Illustrator ,InDesign, Dreamweaver etc
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Ability to create & design themes specific to Webware and envision and implement content
with a right balance of text & visuals
• Must be able to translate business requirements into designs
• Capable to work methodically, meet deadlines for individual /multiple projects/ tasks assigned.
• Highly motivated to constantly innovate on design
• Should be able to advise on strategies to reach a particular audience
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
