Experience – Experience preferably in footwear lab for more than 7 years
Location – Gharaunda
Gender preference – Male
Salary – 60 to 70 K PM
Qualification – B.sc / M.sc – Physics
Knowledge in National and International safety standards
Should be capable of testing various parameters
Able to guide and train other staff members
Maintain records of various test in standard format
Record Keeping at least 5 years
Minor upkeep of the machines

Qualification – ITI Trained – Minimum 10th Class pass outs (Who are able to read and understand the instructions)
JD:-
To Run DESMA/GUSBI machine independently
To have capability to change mould
To operate computer for setting the production parameter
Knowledge in PU injection/pouring
Capable of correcting the parameter of PU
Capable to correct defects in the upper and shoes
Train subordinate for higher position

Profile – Assistant Manager Upper QC
Experience – 3 To 5 years
Location – Gharaunda
Gender preference – Male
Salary – 25K – 30K PM
Qualification – Degree / Diploma in footwear (Minimum graduate)
Knowledge of leather and raw material
Experience of Upper making
Indentifying defects and suggesting corrective measures
Guiding the stitchers on conveyors/fabricators after giving DEMO in their place
Control on set up time for change of articles
Ability to build a team and motivate the juniors.
Train other QC staff to improve the skills.
