Responsibilites:
− Must be familiar with Mechanical submitta preparation and their reviews.
− Familiar with HVAC systems for coo heating
− Must possess excellent written and verb communications skills.
− Must be familiar with preparation of standar shop drawings for piping and HVAC per specs and contract drawings.
− Must be familiar with equipment selections an preparing schedules.
− Familiar with preparing BOM for Piping and majo HVAC items.
− Duties as assigned by the Mechanical Engineerin “HVAC” discipline lead.
− Uses time and resource efficiently and effectively
− Creates and maintains effective working relationships with supervisor, colleagues, clients, visitors and public-at large.
− Should have a flawless accent in English.
Skills:-
− Fully conversant ersant with with the the latest late versions of AUTOCAD and REVIT.
− Aware of documents cuments flow flow required required at various stages of construction.
− Familiarity with with a a wide wide variety variety of field concepts, practices and d procedures. procedures.

Job Responsibility:-
– Very good knowledge of Heating, Ventilation andAir-conditioning system.
– Evaluation of tender document.
– Full review of specifications and drawings.
– Prepare request for information and send to the main contractor and consultant.
– Accurately take-off quantities from Drawings.
– Obtain compliant quotations from Suppliers / Sub Contractors, Review quotations for compatibility, and ascertain labor norms for installed materials, etc.
– Worked in Computerized estimating systems, Plan swift and Blue Beam Etc…
– Good knowledge of variation/change order work Must be familiar with the preparation of standard shop drawings for piping and HVAC services as per specs and contract drawings.

− Prepares engineering drawings from rough
− sketches or from general engineering and design

− Take Off for various phases /parts of our projects,
− specially piping.
