Your job description is as described below:
1. Maintain Order Status sheet in Excel format for every order including sample received from the sales team.
2. Raise Purchase Orders to our vendors with details of product or service being ordered.
3. Call vendors and follow up on product availability.
4. Call vendors and follow up on production status.
5. Share all vendor related information with Production head.
6. Maintain all vendors related billing information.
7. Maintain vendor list with contact details and address.
8. Raise delivery challans on formats provided.
9. Monitor packing of goods at our production unit.
10. Assist accounts team in filing and other work whenever possible.
