JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing end to end Accounts and Admin functions.
DUTIES:
Finance –
• Maintain existing financial systems including petty cash, expenses, travel claims, income & expenditure records.
• Process all payments through online / offline mode as per the business requirement.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Provide Monthly Financial Reports to Director(s)
• Project financial budgets as required
• Process salary payments
• Liaison with Relationship Managers (banks) and help smooth flow of transactions for the business accounts
• Carry out TDS activities

Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Expected to meet or exceed assigned revenue and target metric objectives.
2. Responsible for leading the company’s efforts in sales calls, presentations, assessment services and proposals related to our services.
3. Creating new client pool.
4. Seeks and follow leads to acquire new business
5. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports/MIS
6. Work closely with Design Team and Production Team to identify and implement new opportunities within major accounts.
7. Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values and business code
of ethics.
8. Creating value-based demonstrations, ability to write and direct proposal preparation, experienced in objection handling and negotiating.
