Job Responsibilities:
· Studies the Insurance Claims received from different Insurance Companies, and locate triggers for investigation.
· Allocate the Claims to the Investigator for investigator and explain triggers properly.
· Monitor the progress of Claim Investigation at zero time from office by remaining in constant touch with the Investigator.
· To ensure that each and every aspect of the Investigation is covered in the field.
· To prepare report of the case within TAT and submit the report.
· Team Manager will be reporting to his Regional Manager.
