Various streams of Polytechnic– Responsible for creating and executing admission strategy. Understand leadership vision and draft
strategy accordingly
– Responsible for Planning and driving admission related events: e.g. plan events to create interest for
students/parents for campus visit or for remote sessions
– Responsible for creating admission process, like how to?
o Attend walk in student
o Online queries
o Telephonic queries
– Responsible for making new and extending existing relationship/partnerships with good Schools,
Training Institutes and other related institutes
– Responsible for building admission team
o Front end team, who will attend students during campus visit/events
o Attend walk in students
o Telephone calls/marketing
– Maintaining allocated budget, flexible to work within allocated budget in innovative way without
compromise on quality
– Innovate and bring new ideas to increase admissions in college

JOB DESCRIPTION: 5 year experience of HR generalist from FMCG companies, posting vacancy (on consultants, portals, internal references etc.), screening resumes/CVs/profiles, taking telephonic/Skype round of interviews, face-to-face (F2F) interviews, coordinating with candidates and interview panelist for final rounds, negotiations and well as offer documentation, conducting credentials/document verification, reference checks, joining formalities and related documentation,conducting orientation and induction, periodic tests including performance evaluation and effects, rewards and recognitions, organizing events, besides statutory/regulatory activities and compliances/returns viz. attendance, leaves, PF, ESIC etc., coordination and back-office works viz. minutes of meeting, or respondents, billing and payment follow-up, preparing MIS and presentations, administration, HR matters, public relations (dealing with Govt. departments) travel,arrangements etc., besides other works assigned from time to time.

chemicals, packing materials, must be proficient in Tally 9 ERP Inventory & Purchase modules,
logistics operations of Domestic transportation via trucks, rail, as well as International imports and
export cargo, custom clearance etc.; besides other works assigned from time to time. Sourcing
materials, vendor negotiations and well as documentation, conducting vendor reference checks,
besides purchase, receipt and verification of goods and services and their documentation. Doing
coordination and back-office works viz. minutes of meeting, correspondence, billing and payment,
preparing MIS, public relations (dealing with Govt. departments), besides other works assigned from

PREFERENCE: would be given to candidates with Science background, working in Pharma,
