Job Description:
· To ensure that company’s revenue and profitability show a regular growth by
adding new customer ’s.
· To keep track of business opportunities and bid for them including being
Responsible for tender management.
· To provide pre-sales technical support to the customers & also handle all issues
related to order implementation & post-sales support including customer complain redressal
.
· To follow up for payments from the clients.
· To be responsible for Sales forecasting and planning.
· To keep abreast of market and product development and gather actionable
and dependable market intelligence.
· To maintain up-to-date reports & records of clients leading to actionable MIS.
· To coordinate with Production department for the execution of planned jobs
as per the TAT.
· To lead the team, manage allocation of role and responsibilities and periodic
appraisal.
· To manage overall business development and customer relationship.
· To identify the training needs of the subordinates for their career development and growth.
· To discharge additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time in

Skills & Competencies:
iTechnical:Green Field projects, Planned Preventive Maintenance, Machine Uptime and reduction in Downtime.
iiGeneric: Good interpersonal skills.
Areas of expertise required: Planned Preventive Maintenance Scheduling, Plant and Machine Uptime and installation of New Machine.
Exposure to Moulding and Rubber Moulding Machines. Knowledge of Utilities and exposure of STP & ETP.
Compensation:Will be matching the Industry and location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
2. Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements.
3. Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery.
4. Manage the process of disposal of obsolete machinery, plant and equipment.
5. Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.
6. Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure.
7. The control of reactive and preventative maintenance services in a timely and cost efficient manner.
Note: Candidate would be place for 1 year in Mohali(Chandigarh) and then shifted to Chennai plant
