Roles and Responsibilities:

Close coordination with project teams for the timely execution of all project tasks.
Project documentation and management of each project.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Develop and deliver project reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations on weekly basis.
Sets and manages client expectations.
Follow up with the team to ensure project submission within due date

Designation: – Client Servicing

 Monitor progress of studies and take corrective action where needed

 Able to anticipate potential issues and take pre-emptive or preventative action

 Seek regular status updates from clients for the duration of a project

 Continue to expand upon knowledge of online market research and best practices, while

2. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

5. Open to work in rotational shifts (UK and US)

6. Should be able to work on the weekends as and when needed
