Responsibilities:
· Oversee front-end and back-end development teams and their projects
· Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements
· Ensure compliance with security regulations
· Manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals and timelines
· Prepare and manage the engineering department’s timelines
· Design strategies for future development projects based on the company’s overall objectives and resources
· Hire engineers and coordinate their training
· Oversee the implementation of innovative technologies
· Coordinate with stakeholders for new integrations and tools
· Review and update policies relevant to internal systems and equipment
· Liaison with US Team, Operations and Product owners
Requirements:
· Work experience as a director of software development or in a similar senior-level position
· Extensive experience with cloud technologies and modern human-computer interfaces
· Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development
· Good understanding of agile methodologies
· Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
· Excellent project management skills
Worked as CTO or Director of engineering in an IT Company.
Technical skills:
Preferred: C language, C++, Laravel, PHP, SQL Server, REST, JSON, Security Principles, Jira, Jenkins

Qualifications – B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. An MBA-Marketing will be an added advantage
Age – 38 to 45 years.
Salary Rs.20-25 Lacs Per annum
Background :
· Preferably be in Automotive or Auto-components industry or in Industrial products
· For an Engineer with MBA, a total work experience of 13 – 17 years of which at least 8-9 years should be in Sales and Business Development, and at least 3-4 years in a Senior Sales Position.
· For a BE / B.Tech, a total work experience of 16 – 20 years of which at least 12-13 years should be in Sales and Business Development, and at least 5-6 years in a Senior Sales Position.
He will lead a team of around 12-13 persons located in various parts of India. He and his team will work to develop new markets and customers for the company’s products and also the products of the group. Target is to strengthen the marketing and business development function of the company while doubling the company’s turnover and profits in the next 3 year’s time.
Whilst, presently the company is primarily in domestic sales, but also has some exports with potential to grow this sector exponentially.
