Handling MICE Operations.
Knowledge of international destinations and Outbound operations.
Contracting with hotels, sightseeing and coach companies
Customizing tour packages as per clients requests
Booking Transportation and Hotels reservations.
Negotiation & contracting with vendors, i.e. hoteliers, transporters & other suppliers
Confirming services of the ongoing tours
Making payments for various services
Assist customers in holiday packages including flight, hotel, Visa and travel related queries
