Ø Required Skills:· Master’s and/or bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.· Minimum of 2 years’ Experience as a Automation Quality Assurance Engineer.· Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.· Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases· Experience implementing Test management platforms. · Experience with the tools such as Selenium, JMeter and Jenkins.· Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.· A working knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques. · Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and complex problem-solving skills.· Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback· Thorough knowledge of methodologies and metrics of quality assurance. Ø Desired Skills:· Experience with testing in agile environment. · Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools· Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs· Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers and Scrum Master) to identify system requirements· Monitor debugging process results· Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts· Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
