Key Responsibilities:
1. Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
• Design and execute ABM campaigns targeting specific maritime companies and decision-making roles (e.g., Marine Superintendents, HSEQ Managers, Vetting Heads).
• Research and segment high-value accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and internal data sources.
• Personalize messaging and content to resonate with the maritime operational context, compliance priorities, and HSEQ challenges.
2. Demand Generation via LinkedIn & Email:
• Create structured outreach campaigns that drive visibility and trust on LinkedIn – no pitching or cold selling.
• Develop drip email sequences (nurture emails) using a value-driven and insight-based approach.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop assets (infographics, knowledge briefs, regulatory summaries, etc.) for these campaigns.
3. Content & Campaign Orchestration:
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align messaging with compliance services, vetting standards, and SaaS solution updates.
• Coordinate campaign calendars and feedback loops from responses and engagement signals.
4. Data-Driven Marketing Execution:
• Track engagement, email open/click rates, and LinkedIn analytics to inform campaign iteration.
• Build and manage simple performance dashboards to report on reach, engagement, and lead indicators (not sales conversions).
5. Industry Alignment & Thought Leadership:
• Stay updated on maritime regulatory updates, RightShip, SIRE 2.0, TMSA, and vetting protocols.
• Suggest content angles that educate and position SYNERGETIC as a trusted knowledge partner.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Skills:
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, or demand generation (preferably in SaaS or niche technical services).
• Understanding of LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and ICP-focused engagement.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills – clear, professional, and non-promotional.
• Ability to understand complex subjects like compliance, safety, and technical operations.
• Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar CRM/email platforms is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Detail-oriented and data-driven.
• Comfortable in cross-functional collaboration.
• Respects industry nuance; does not push sales content.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs and user stories
• Support the product development lifecycle — from ideation to launch and iteration
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Figma AI) to enhance productivity and innovation
• Monitor feature performance post-launch and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with QA to define test scenarios and track bugs
• Help manage stakeholder communications and internal demos
Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in product management or business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, visual
• Analytical thinker with good problem-solving and data interpretation abilities
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Jira, Notion, Miro, Excel
• Comfort working with APIs, databases, and system flows
• Demonstrated curiosity to learn new technologies, especially AI
• Prior exposure to healthcare or AI products is a strong plus
Bonus Skills
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS or healthtech startup
• Familiarity with FHIR / HL7 / SNOMED / ICD standards
• Understanding of UX research and design systems
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
