Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Web (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and Mobile apps (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest). Plan and execute functional, regression, smoke, and integration automated test suites. Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Newman, Rest Assured or similar frameworks. Conduct load and performance testing using JMeter, Locust, Gatling, or equivalent tools. Execute security testing and collaborate with the security team for vulnerability assessment and penetration testing. Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps). Analyze test results, create defect reports, and track them to closure. Mentor junior QA engineers and review their automation code. Work closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and define acceptance criteria. Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness of QA processes. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with proven expertise in Web and Mobile application testing. Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting. Experience with Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent tools. Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Newman, Rest Assured). Experience in load and performance testing (JMeter, Locust, Gatling). Knowledge of security testing concepts (OWASP Top 10, SQL Injection, XSS, Authentication/Authorization flaws). Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Good to Have (Optional) Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). Experience with BDD/TDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave). Knowledge of containerized testing environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with monitoring tools for performance tracking (Grafana, Kibana).
