Job Description:
Design and Development of complete product life cycle:
Concept, Design, Simulation, Component selection, prototyping, validation,
improvements, production and troubleshooting.
Extensive knowledge of Lithium Ion cells/batteries, chemistries, Applications,
EV & Solar battery business needs, BMS configurations, etc.
Responsible for complete design including hardware & software requirements
Research and development of new Battery management systems with smart
communication protocols to communicate effectively. Knowledge in all types
of Communication circuit design like, CAN, MODBUS, USB, GPRS/GSM,
WIFI, NFC, BLE etc.,
Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process
Examines product requirements, restrictions, intellectual property opportunities
and constraints, technical specifications, and other conditions relevant to
developing a new concept or product.
Participate in departmental strategic planning.
Assist technically both internal and external customers.
Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors,
and customers.
Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and
Operations.
Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business
units.
Expertise in Testing & Quality – enabling & maintaining Highest Standards of
Product & Process Quality for the company.
Desired Profile:
Hands on experience in Design, Product Development, Life Cycle Management
of Power Electronics Products like Lithium Ion battery pack, BMS, Lithium ion
charger
Should have knowledge about various EMI/EMC / Safety compliance standards
as per IEC / EN /UL etc.,
Knowledge about Reliability Testing and methods.
Education Qualification: B.Tech/B.E OR M.Tech/M.E ECE/EEE/E&I
Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of sound experience in core electronics
Manufacturing & R&D
Preferred Industry: Li-ion Battery, EV, Solar, Power electronics

Responsibilities: –
Defining community management & building strategy
Organizing various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums
Setup and execute events in the various regional communities to build community and boost brand awareness.
Establish Partnerships with content creators/influencers to broaden engagement with the community.
Brand and influencer engagement – related initiatives. Contribute and execute new ideas and organize meetings with regional influencers to promote the brand.
Creating the content roadmap for knowledge sharing, live sessions, and other engagement activities.
Manage customer engagement and queries in a timely manner.
Plan and launch referral campaigns
Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
Track and provide metrics for all brand social media channels and influencer marketing efforts, provide weekly and monthly analytics and implement necessary changes for optimization.
Moderating the content on the community platform Social Media Management.
Build and maintain relationships with important community leaders
Developing and managing social media, digital footprints.
Should have experience majorly in marketing, event handling, btl activities and online marketing on social media.
