Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to maximize efficiency and productivity
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Finance, to prioritize and execute projects
Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supply chain processes are in place
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable pricing and terms
Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks
Develop and manage the operational budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role of 10 Year’s, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of industry best practices and process improvement methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Outstanding leadership abilities and the proven ability to motivate and inspire teams
Proficient in using ERP systems and other relevant software and tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
