About the Role
Enterprise Sales
We are looking for a highly motivated, result oriented and experienced Enterprise Sales representative
to join our growing sales team.
You will be responsible for driving the growth of our software product within large colleges, campuses &
institutes across the country.
Your expertise in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers will be
critical in expanding the clients and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire new colleges &
institutes as clients for the company.
Identify and research the potential colleges & institutes that qualify as our clients across India.
Conduct good product demos and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the
software to potential clients.
Build strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including College Deans, Admin
Heads, department heads, to understand their pain points.
Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and negotiate the pricing with clients.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively and maintain records of sales activities using CRM tool.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to
leverage opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Provide sales forecasts and regular sales reports to the management and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven track record of successful enterprise software sales, with a demonstrable history of
meeting sales targets.
Any earlier experience of Sales in Colleges, Campuses or any Educational institutes will be a huge
added advantage.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience navigating complex sales
processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with College Deans,
Admin Heads and decision-makers.
Technical acumen to understand and articulate the benefits and functionalities of our software
product.
Highly organized with good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with prospective clients.
Purpose of this role:
To join the core team responsible for handling the International event by
securing the sponsorships from the Big Corporates, Government bodies and other International
organisations and ensure the organising of the event successfully.
Responsibilities:
Public Relations Strategy:
Execute comprehensive PR strategies to promote our event, increase media coverage, and
generate enthusiasm.
Identify target media outlets, journalists, and influencers to build relationships and secure
media coverage for the event.
Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively
communicate event information and key messages to the media and the public.
Media Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage all media relations
activities.
Coordinate press conferences, media interviews, and other media-related events to
maximize media exposure for the event.
Prepare the key personnel for media interactions, ensuring they are equipped with key
messages and talking points.
Sponsorship Acquisition:
Develop a comprehensive sponsorshipstrategy to attract and secure sponsorships from
potential sponsors.
Identify and research potential sponsors aligned with the event's objectives and target
audience.
Prepare sponsorship proposals and pitch presentations tailored to the needs and interests of
the big corporations.
Conduct meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective sponsors to secure
sponsorship agreements.
Ability to give presentations to senior bureaucrats and other international bodies and boost
the importance of the event.
Event Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and implement effective
promotional campaigns for the event.
Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content
marketing, and online and offline advertising to maximize event reach and engagement.
Collaborate with local vendors and event promoters and get the best results out of them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor 's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in public relations, media relations, and sponsor acquisition, preferably in
the event management industry.
Experience in event promotion, digital marketing, and social media management.
Excellent data management skills
Flexibility to travel
Track Record of Acquiring Funds and Sponsorships.
