The Responsibilities: Manage Sales Representatives in the region, including managing forecast, setting-up of business plans, and pursuing business leads.
Visit key customers and prospects to personally build relationships, explore opportunities, and proactively solicit enquiries and orders. While doing so, you will develop good knowledge of customer’s work processes, organization, technical requirements and business need, to gain a competitive advantage in the market .
Manage the sales team’s key activities such quotation activity, profitability levels, pricing trends and quotation conversion rates for assigned territories .
Prepare and present technical sales presentations to decision makers to market company product offerings and ascertain that products comply with the customer requirements and technical specifications .
Follow-up and review inquiries from clients for aftermarket parts and services of Pumps and field services opportunities to support Aftermarket Operations .
Take the lead in resolving customer’s product, technical and commercial issues; Report market information to the management .
Conduct joint business planning with distributors on a periodic basis .The Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field .
Minimum of five to eight years of sales experience within the Pumps industry; Established
network of customers in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water / Wastewater and General Industries .
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardisation exists .
Able to conduct review of customer’s technical specifications, engineering documents, and recommend the best product selection and solutions to address their needs .
Demonstrates a hunter personality; Able to proactively pursue business opportunities and open door to the rest of the team .
Demonstrated records of sales success; Customer-centric and results oriented .
Able to communicate and influence effectively across all organization levels .
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to succeed in a matrix, team environment..

HIRING:

SALARY :
1. Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
2. Maintaining all the attendance related documents (Like: MO, TA, Leave application
etc).
3. Checking if any document missing and update candidate about to submit the
document in time.
4. Preparation of salary statement.
5. Ensure timely distribution of salary, performance bonus, Overtime and salary slips
and yearly leave encashment etc.
FULL AND FINAL:
1) Employee leaving Own:
(1) Checking resignation letter and mail
(2) Employee serve 30 days notice period as per company policy.
(3) Proper handover of the work, documents, passwords and documents related to
the company work.
(4) Transfer ownership in proper manner.
(5) Project handover and completion report taken by the department head.
(6) Making full and final documents, Like: full and final, no objection certificate,
experience letter, relieving letter, salary slip and leave encashment if
applicable.
(7) Handover the documents to the candidate and taking signed copy by the
candidate for office record.
2) Company Termination:
(1) 1 st warning letter issue.
(2) 2 nd warning letter issue to given as indication to improvement their
performance.
(3) 3 rd and final warning with termination letter.
GRIEVANCE:
1. Interaction with the employee to know their reasons of dissatisfaction and
resolving them taking corrective action.
2. Grievance forms to be filled up.
3. Grievance not solved on HR level then discuss with HOD and if still not resolved
then it will discuss with directors for final solution.
4. Report submission of every grievance.
