Required qualification

• Scripting for Video-based training
• E-Learning, Animation, and video graphic visualizations
• Instructional Designing Models
 Candidate should have a very good level of Comprehension as topics may
include Semi-technical subjects e.g.: Regulations, mechanics, machines,
electronics, software(s), occupational hazards & industrial safety, etc.
• Very Good acumen to do research to understand new topics.
• Project Type: E-learning, Gamification, Responsive E-Learning, Video-based learning.
• Design and develop storyboards (Level 2,3 & 4), including OST, voice-over scripts, and
graphic and programming design notes based on requirements.
• Ability to expertly transform the raw information gathered from clients / SMEs / various
research sources; into relevant interactive and engaging e-learning storyboards, preferred
to be developed in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform content analysis and content chunking
• Ability to develop engaging & interactive web-based e-learning and video-based learning.
• Ability to apply instructional theories as per the need and demand of the project.
• Expert-level knowledge of Instructional Theories including the ADDIE Model.
• Experience in writing analysis and MIS reports
• Monitor E-learning Project including guiding graphic/ animation development stages &
final quality control cycle of developed e-learning WBTs.
• Hands-on experience in MS office especially in PowerPoint for creating storyboards

Other Technical Skill Set
➢ Knowledge of eLearning development standards, such as SCORM, AICC
➢ Awareness and basic knowledge of e-learning development tools like Articulate 360,
Adobe Captivate, etc.
➢ Basic awareness of Learning Management systems

Responsibilities
Communicate with SME/ Client to gather information and collate raw content.
To independently develop engaging, interactive Storyboards in PPT format, from raw content from
SMEs or research topics.
Guide the graphic designers in creating required graphics and animations
Carry out final Quality control of developed CBTs.

Job Description
The selected candidate will be required to:
1. Do slide lay outing and knitting for e-learning Projects ( not programming) in Articulate 360/ Storyline
2. Create animations including character, scenarios, and object animations, using Adobe flash
animate.
3. Creating/tracing static illustrations, using illustrator for print purposes. They will be mostly
technical drawings, maps, graphs etc. and created mostly by tracing.
4. Create layered vector graphics for video animation purposes, which will be used in Adobe After
effects
5. Create sample templates in photoshop for e-learning etc.
6. Occasionally create flyer templates in photoshop

Requirements (expert level)
1. Adobe Animate. Expert in Character & object animation & designing templates in flash.
a. Working on Animate Timeline projects
2. Adobe Illustrator.
3. Articulate 360 Storyline

Candidates Must have 2 Years of experience in Articulate 360 as a designer. (Developer / coding role is
not expected).

Jd:

Gathering requirements for PI designing of a product
Liaising with various product (operations, validation) experts and subject matter experts to determine the requirements for the new PI’s desgning.
Designing and developing the master data for equipment management, Inventory management, User management in MES
Design and creation of MBR for specifications on Bill of parameters (BOP).
Design and creation of complex PI’s for Weighing & Dispensing, Manufacturing and Packaging processes.
Site specific requirement analysis for each of the above processes and convert them into Batch Records
Validation of the created PI’s for site deployment
Providing status updates to the Project Manager on a day-to-day basis on progress, issues, and risks.
Work with product vendor on product related issues during upgrade
Troubleshoot and defects resolution during validation of PI’s.
Strong Pharmaceutical, Bio Tech, Manufacturing and Shop Floor Order processes knowledge to convert the site requirements into Batch Records

Experience:

End to end implementation experience of Siemens Opcenter EXPH.
Experience on Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules like User management, PI Management, PI Process, PI Review, Weighing & dispensing, XSI console, Equipment Management, Material Flow management, Weigh & Dispense.
Experience on SAP-MES interface, L2 integrations, report development,
Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards & practical use of these standards in application design, Knowledge of Pharma manufacturing.
Good Communication and Analytical skills
Hands on Experience in Siemens Opcenter EXPH Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance Module.
Experience in Siemens Opcenter EXPH- Configuration, Customization
Experience on Siemens Opcenter EXPH Installation, Upgrade, Development and Configuration.
Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11
