Job Description
Ensure that the company operations are run smoothly and efficiently within the
existing Companies Act, RBI, legal, local compliances to all direct & in-direct tax
requirements.
Maintain accurate financial records, ability to prepare quality MIS/ Reports and
ensure statutory compliance/Returns before target dates.
Ensure timely monthly accounting closing and reporting of the same to the Parent
company as per the group guidelines.
Monthly accounting closing and reporting
Zero statutory non-compliance (including all direct/in-direct tax related filings).
Monthly compliance calendar needs to be maintained and closure of payment and
returns
Ensure support for successful completion of Statutory, Tax & Group Audits.
Related to all banking and treasury matters. Also preparation of monthly and
projections of cash flow.
Preparation and maintaining Fixed Assets Register & calculation of Depreciation as
per the Company Act & Income Tax Act.
Foreign Remittance Affiliated companies (material and services) and other foreign
vendors.
Ensure day to day accounting with respect to Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger
Scrutiny & Imprest accounting. Checking the supporting, Checking Expense
Register for
Knowledge of Import Documentation, Import Booking.
Job Responsibilities:
Previous work experience with a manufacturing, warehousing industry. Preference
shall be given to candidates working with machinery, building material companies

Strong MS-excel skills and experience in using any financial ERP systems like
TALLY or similar is a must
Well-developed interpersonal skills.

The Job Role and Responsibilities
Answer customer emails regarding product issues, order processing, invoicing service and general
client concerns.
Analyze active application files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the process.
Responsible for a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport
with every client.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product information and be informed of any
changes in customer policies.
Complete applications in a timely manner.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further
investigation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Minimum of 1 + years of relevant work experience
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of Emails in MS Office using Outlook, advanced excel.
Good communication skills and fluency in English is also desired.
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
With excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in an organized and timely way.
