Responsibilities
You will have the freedom to make your own schedule. That said, you will be expected to open enough calendar space to hit approximately 90 calls through inbound & self-generated leads.
You will also be expected to complete your morning & end of day tasks (see above) every day, Monday- Friday.
You will also be expected to be available to communicate through slack 8 am-6 pm IST daily.
Altogether this is a full-time, 30-40 hours/wk position.
This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
You’re going to be talking with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert).
Be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with prospects. And only enrol clients who’re a great fit.
You must always lead prospects to the best decision for them EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people.

Key Responsibilities
Incumbent would be responsible for end to end HR strategy deployment / facilitation for
relevant functions.
Drive and deploy HR procedures, policies and processes across assigned functions.
Provide HR support to achieve business unit objectives.
Drive a culture of performance, results and positive employee relations.
Execute reward & recognition strategy within assigned functions.
Conduct assessments, respond to employee feedback and execute employee engagement.
Coach leaders on talent management and performance differentiation.
Ensure flawless execution of staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop
staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
Ensure the effective deployment of organizational values and play appropriate role in
building positive culture.
Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of HR Operations.
Building up strategy for identifying key resource for recruitment and identifying key talent
within the organization
Strategy
Co-create the entire people strategy including effective Manpower Planning and Forecasting
system
Deploy & implement strategy within assigned channels in order to Complete HR Strategy
planning
Requirements
Preferably Management Degree with specialization in Human Resources from a Tier 1 / Tier
2 institute.
Past experience of working with retail brands.
