This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a career in investment finance and
exposure to the Global financial markets.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate to: –
Ø Manage the Daily client support function via excellent written and verbal communication
Ø Lead a team of up to 5 staff members who are all PGs with an experience of up to 3 years
Ø Expand our clientele, provide support to the existing clients, and assist in internal operations
Ø Help drive continuous improvement of our service and an excellent client experience
Ø Help drive business growth by participating in the development of Sales, Digital Marketing and
Research functions
You will be leading the front end of the business function and will need to have the dedication to create
and apply an effective client communication. The goal is to drive sustainable business growth by
providing strong client support and building lasting relationships with clients.
Successful candidate will be provided a thorough training and a progressive career path.
You will be exposed to areas of Business Development, Digital Marketing, Technical Research, and
Market Analysis.
The specific work streams will include the following activities: –
• Leading the existing teams and the function of Client & Sales Support management.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring impeccable customer service.
• Interacting with our potential & existing high potential clients across the Globe, about the
products that we offer.
• Taking charge of the headcount requirement and assisting in hiring, as and when required.
• Training, grooming, mentoring and performance management of the junior team members.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events.
• Study ongoing economic events in the global market. Help the team in developing and writing
research reports and publications to be presented to global clients.
• Any other work streams as required for growth and development of the Business.
Qualification and Skills Required:
• MBA Finance, MA Economics, M.Com. with prior work experience of 6-8 years.
• Experience of working in a Client Support role within the Financial services industry.
Important Notes:
• All candidates are required to sit in 45 minutes written test to assess their Analytical,
Quantitative and Communication skills.
• This is not a BPO job role.
• Only candidates serious about making a career in Investment Finance should apply.
The candidate should be a strong team player some prior experience of leading teams. He/she must
have an analytical mindset, an interest to learn new Financial products and an excellent command on
English.
Further, the candidate should be good at multi-tasking and managing multiple functions simultaneously.
This is a very demanding position, and it is suitable for candidates who have the ability to learn quickly
and work calmly under pressure.

Work Timings 8AM to 4PM
5/6 Days Company 6 days
Minimum Qualification- Diploma in Telecom.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1.Site Survey – Performing sight survey with service partners & completion of site survey as per the prescribed process within time
2.Training and Awareness to service partner teams
3.Coordination with ROW Authorities to obtain DN & Permission
4.Coordination with existing utility owners (Ex. Water Supply, BSNL, LPG Authorities, Private Telcos, etc.)
5.Coordination with partner teams to ensure timely delivery
6.Supervision of full team for both active network & passive infrastructure & ensure implementation as per plan
7.Prepare Construction Document / Capture Digital Data against the work performed by sub-contractors
8.Prepare DGPS Survey for ABD Preparation
9.Maintain a record of material received, consumed and available stock and ensure optimal use of the material
10.Close coordination with customer and TPA (third party audit agency)
11.Ensure proper installation and commissioning as per customer plan
12.Ensure the Safety & Quality of work performed by service partners with FTR approach
13.Perform pre-acceptance testing of completed work before finally offering to the customer
14.Validation / Certification of work performed by service partner
15.Acceptance testing of site & network
16.Closure of punch points, if any
17.Handover to O&M team

•Basic Knowledge of Civil & Construction work
•Fundamental understanding of Optical Fiber
•Basic understanding of Project Management
•Specifications and Norms of OFC Roll-out
•Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
Communication Skills (local language knowledge is mandatory)
