Job Role:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels
(e.g. social media and professional platforms)
· Review all applications, reading carefully and evaluating
presented qualifications
· Contact applicants with the highest potential to schedule
interviews, Conduct Tests for Screening
· Create a report of the highest qualified and most talented
candidates to be presented to the Hiring manager or the Reporting
Manager and schedule an interview with the candidates according to the
availability
· For selected candidates send job offer emails and answer
queries about compensation and benefits, it also involves salary
negotiation and follow up with them till onboarding
· Candidate should be flexible to work from office
