Technical Knowledge :

• End-to-end understanding of Accounting processes (Sub-ledger – Ledger – Trial Balance – Financials –
  Reporting etc.)
• Sound understanding and application knowledge on accounting principles (Consistency, Conservatism,
  Accrual, Going Concern, Matching, Revenue Recognition)
• Understanding of complete RTR processes including reporting, Recons, Accounting concepts
• Financial reviews including variance analysis
• Good knowledge on Excel skills, commonly used functionalities include (VLOOKUP, Pivots, If, Subtotals
  etc.)
• Knowledge of Sage, QuickBooks and XERO accounting Softwares will be preferred.
• Fast learner, ability to learn and implement US tax and other laws.
• Ability to recommend and implement new software for better visibility and performance
  improvement.
• Performing performance review of staff members at regular interval.
• Creating a training calendar for new and regular staff members.
• Providing all relevant training to ensure that staff is able to perform at highest level
• Ensure client satisfaction.

Communication and Soft Skills:

• Role involves extensive communication with clients, Accounting Officers and Management.
• Communication include presentation of financials including Balance Sheet review, Variance Analysis
  and discussing and issues
• Suggestions for change of processes
