This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a career in investment finance and
exposure to the Global financial markets.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate to: –
Ø Manage the Daily client support function via excellent written and verbal communication
Ø Lead a team of up to 5 staff members who are all PGs with an experience of up to 3 years
Ø Expand our clientele, provide support to the existing clients, and assist in internal operations
Ø Help drive continuous improvement of our service and an excellent client experience
Ø Help drive business growth by participating in the development of Sales, Digital Marketing and
Research functions
You will be leading the front end of the business function and will need to have the dedication to create
and apply an effective client communication. The goal is to drive sustainable business growth by
providing strong client support and building lasting relationships with clients.
Successful candidate will be provided a thorough training and a progressive career path.
You will be exposed to areas of Business Development, Digital Marketing, Technical Research, and
Market Analysis.
The specific work streams will include the following activities: –
• Leading the existing teams and the function of Client & Sales Support management.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring impeccable customer service.
• Interacting with our potential & existing high potential clients across the Globe, about the
products that we offer.
• Taking charge of the headcount requirement and assisting in hiring, as and when required.
• Training, grooming, mentoring and performance management of the junior team members.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events.
• Study ongoing economic events in the global market. Help the team in developing and writing
research reports and publications to be presented to global clients.
• Any other work streams as required for growth and development of the Business.
Qualification and Skills Required:
• MBA Finance, MA Economics, M.Com. with prior work experience of 6-8 years.
• Experience of working in a Client Support role within the Financial services industry.
Important Notes:
• All candidates are required to sit in 45 minutes written test to assess their Analytical,
Quantitative and Communication skills.
• This is not a BPO job role.
• Only candidates serious about making a career in Investment Finance should apply.
The candidate should be a strong team player some prior experience of leading teams. He/she must
have an analytical mindset, an interest to learn new Financial products and an excellent command on
English.
Further, the candidate should be good at multi-tasking and managing multiple functions simultaneously.
This is a very demanding position, and it is suitable for candidates who have the ability to learn quickly
and work calmly under pressure.

Job description
Roles and Responsibilities1)Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
2) Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution,
and maintenance.
3) Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated
content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
4) Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword
Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
5) Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables,
vlookups, etc) to stay organized.
6) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
1) Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
2) Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
3) Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product
development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
4) Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital
sales or website conversions.
5) Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6) Analytical and multitasking skills.
A BSc degree or a person having experience in Pharma Products are preferred.
