Job Description: The person will be primarily responsible for handling all GL / Accounting
related activities with Team including management of day to day operations
& reporting for overseas client. We are looking for a dynamic individual
with sound knowledge of accounting and has handled General Ledger,
Financial statements, Production Accounting & related MIS.
Broad Responsibilities: Production accounting process and control
Weekly analysis reports on production and variances
Inventory control and analysis
Payroll accounting & analysis
Supervision of team working for AR & AP
GL reconciliations – ERP vs financial software
Profit & Loss and B/Sheet review
Candidate profile: CA/ ICWA/MBA/CA Inter with minimum 2 year of experience
Well versed in MS office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Fluent in English
Ready to work in shift timings – 7AM to 4PM
Able to handle team of 2~3 persons
Flexibility and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet
tight deadlines (especially at month end)
Exp – 2 to 5 Years
Salary – 4.5~5.5 LPA( including 10% PLI)

- Ensure that the BD representatives visit the customers regularly
- Follow up with customers for collections
- Follow up for C Forms collections
- Follow up for EVC collections
- Team-Related Responsibilities :
- Review the daily sales report for the salesmen reporting directly
- Conduct appraisals of the team directly reporting
Monitor assessment scores and suggest areas for improvement
