POSITION NAME:– Mobile (React Native) Tech Project Manager.
Location – Bangalore

* Work Location:– Bangalore (Kalkere, Hormavu Main Road).

* Qualification:– Any Engineering Degree with 1st Class.
* Joining Time:– Immediate ONLY.
– 5+ Years of strong hands-on experience in Mobile Applications Development using Android, iOS (Optional), Web APIs, and Database.
– 3+ Years of strong hands-on experience in Mobile Applications Development using React Native, Web APIs, and Database.
– 3+ Years of strong experience in Project, Technical, Team, Time, Delivery, Quality, and Customer Management.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
– Should have worked on large mobile applications development, database queries, database creation, 3rd party plug-ins, payment gateways, etc..
– Very good problem solving, oral, written, and communication skills.
– Very good troubleshooting skills.
– Should work independently with no supervision.
Experience in developing large eCommerce/Magento/Retail/FMCG Mobile Applications would be desired but not mandatory.

1) DESIGNATION: Production & Stores Executive
2) LOCATION: South Delhi
3) JOB DESCRIPTION: minimum 1-2 year experience and thorough knowledge of purchasing of Vitamins, APIs, Enzymes, and Packing Materials as well proficient in working on Tally-9 ERP Inventory & Purchase modules, commercial terms, logistics operations of domestic transportation via trucks, rail, as well as international imports and export cargo, custom clearance etc.; besides other works assigned from time to time. Sourcing materials, vendor negotiations and well as documentation, conducting vendor reference checks, besides purchase, receipt and verification of goods and services and their documentation. Doing coordination and back-office works viz. minutes of meeting, correspondence, billing and payment, preparing MIS, public relations (dealing with Govt. departments), besides other works assigned from time to time.
4) PREFERENCE: would be given to candidates with Science (Chemistry) background, working in Pharma, Nutraceutical / FMCG, who have knowledge of operating Tally 9 ERP, have their own conveyance, are extremely fluent in written and spoken English, and are savvy with Word, PowerPoint and advanced features of Excel viz. Pivot Table, V-Lookup/H-Lookup etc.
Female candidate would be preferred.
5) SALARY: CTC of Rs 1.8 to 2.4 lakh per annum. Will consider higher for deserving candidates
6) EDUCATION: B-Pharma, can be fresher or with 1-2 year experience

| Designation – Quality Manager Location – Mumbai Salary range 25000-35000/- 3-4 years of experience Degree in Business Administration or relevant field. Responsibilities: Inspection of products /processes Inspection of products at vendors end. Monitor process parameters. Take necessary steps to improve product designs & provide suggestions for up-gradation of product quality. Evaluate new technologies and methods to make recommendations regarding their use. Reduction of FFR and in process rejections Implementation of new quality initiative of the organization at vendors manufacturing premises Monitoring and analysis of manufacturing stages for reduction of rejections and improvements of overall manufacturing process Manufacturing process standardization and validation and leverage at all major vendors. Testing of product & components Testing of all products & components as per Indian Standard and plan requirement Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems to reduce customer complaints. Timely feedback to design & development for design correction & improvements Prepare QAPs for new/old products MIS Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release. Testing of all products & components as per Indian Standard and plan requirement Compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms. Write technical reports or documentation such as deviation reports, testing protocols, and trend analyses. Monitoring of Vendors performance Evaluation of vendor performance score in quality area Lead vendors team for improvement in product/ process quality Participate in internal assessments and audits as required at vendor end. Analysis of service and Defective inspection reports Analysis of service under guarantee consumption reports Analysis of inspection report of defective return at vendors Corrective and preventive actions on hi-points in reports Quality Manager Requirements: Degree in Business Administration or relevant field. Should have conducted and passed BRC certification, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety Management System) Quality control certification advantageous. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication. Data analysis and statistical aptitude. Good interpersonal skills. Highly conscientious and diligent.
