Position Summary: The AGM, Business Development is a highly collaborative, influential, and experienced
senior leader responsible for initiating and closing sales opportunities, which significantly accelerate Real
Estate Growth and profitability and help fulfill the company’s vision to transform the real estate experience.
This position achieves these goals by developing and implementing the company’s business development
strategy and tactics.
Person should having a good network with developer to secure business and mandates having knowledge of
commercial, retail and residential real estate. Initiative and enthusiasm
 Excellent communication and 'people skills'
 Good planning and organisational skills
 The ability to work calmly under pressure
 Good budget and report writing skills
 A full driving licence
 Drive for achievement
 Relationship Building
 Service Orientation
 Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
 Knowledgeable about property sales and lettings law
 Smart and business-like with investor base contacts
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Candidate will be responsible to:
• Assess market and further foray into different asset classes
•Manage PnL for the existing asset classes and develop business for them
• For the commercial assets, build tie ups with corporates
• Oversee design aspects to optimize space use
• Driving the marketing, sales and leasing and tenant management
• Understanding of financial modeling and project management
