Key Responsibilities
− Sales of Residential units of the assigned project
− Manage day to day sales activities
− Product understanding and devising execution of sales plan
− Channel partner management and sales support

− Driving individual sales target & assist Lead Management team

Key Skills & Experience
− Relevant experience of 2-3 years in residential real estate is preferred
− Proven track record with a reputed developer, brokerage house is desirable
− Work experience at insurance, pharma, car, FMCG sales are welcome
− Ability to plan and work with limited supervision
− Ambition to learn, earn & excel §
− Knowledge of MIS, CRM and proficiency in the use of MS Office
− Basic knowledge of loan & financing
− Excellent written & oral communication skills §
− Strong analytical skills and understanding on budget management §
− People management skills, organizational skills & attention to detail §
− Ability to communicate clearly, logically & concisely §

− Allotment, Registration of AFS & ATC
− Responsible for a timely solution to document related Complaints. §
− Require adhering to all the SOPs
− Coordination with all stakeholders and facilitate them with various MIS reports. § Support/coordinate with sales team to resolve any queries of customers with
− respect to records, system, documentation
− Reconciliation of payment entries
− Bank tie-ups.
