Designation:- Manager (Marketing & Sales)

Experience:- 5-7 years in residential real estate

Salary:- 5- 5.5 LPA

Location:- Bangalore

Gender:- Male

Qualification:- Graduation

Key Responsibilities §

− Sales of Residential units of the assigned project §

− Manage day to day sales activities & drive sales targets §

− Product understanding and devising execution of sales plan

− Channel partner management and sales support §

− Arranging & overseeing site inspections, worksite campaign

− Provide inputs on sales strategy & plan as per the competitor analysis §

− Cooperate with marketing and Corporate Communications on web site, e-promo

− content and campaign schedule, etc. §

− Driving individual sales target & assist Lead Management team

− Identify sales & promotion opportunities through RWA & Corporate sales §

− Assist customer in home loan processing alongside CRM

− Participate in events as & when required

− Work with assigned Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Targets §

− Ensure punctual attendance for the internal & external business commitments §

− To perform duties adhering to a high professional & ethical standard

− Maintain a well-groomed & business-like appearance

− Regular updates on CRM tool §

− Other duties within the scope, spirit & purpose of the job, as requested by Management

Key Skills:-

− Relevant experience of 5-7 years in residential real estate is must §

− Proven track record with a reputed developer, brokerage house is desirable

− Ability to plan and work with limited supervision

− Knowledge of MIS, CRM and proficiency in the use of MS Office

− Excellent written & oral communication skills §

− Strong analytical skills and understanding on budget management §

− People management skills, organizational skills & attention to detail §

− Ability to communicate clearly, logically & concisely §

− Teamwork – Works effectively within a variety of situations, individuals and groups

− applying the ‘whatever it takes ‘attitude. §
