Job Description:

 Handle inquiries and get the enrollments done by counselling on phone and in person.
 Perform counselling & career guidance for interested students by making outbound calls
 Counsel Students / parents on courses offered by brand.
 Convert prospect into Admissions.
 Resolve candidate queries relating to course offered.
 Willingness to grow within the segment & lead in future
 Maintaining day to day reports as required.
 Make outbound calls to recruit prospective students.
 Provide all information sought precisely.
 Ensure parent / student conceive a Positive Word of Mouth which brings more potential parents & students.
 Conduct trainings
 Assist in the development of training coursework and materials
 Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise
 Attend courses to develop and keep skills and knowledge current
 Manage Front Office
 Assist in outdoor mobilization activities
