Job Description:-
To supervise shop floor Operations of material loading /unloading, packaging, physical dispatches.
Good command over Written & Spoken English and knowledge of M.S.Office as minimum requirement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will act as coordinator between Marketing, Production, QC, Packing, Tender and R&D department. His job starts right from the order received from the customer and till its dispatch and safe delivery, he has to ensure the timely delivery and interact with each relevant person including the customer for any issues in the order or delivery with the help of marketing person. Will be reporting to the MD for any deviation on order receipt and quotation sent, in case it is beyond prescribed norms.
Transport (Vehicle) planning as per the schedule and requirement of the company.
Maintain healthy business relations with customers and Transporters to ensure smooth operations.
Control Manpower management
Negotiate best optional rate from transporter and Cargo.
Monitoring and controlling all dispatch activities.
Follow up with Production Department for timely delivery.
Should do contract review after recepit of order from customer, evalute the order and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure timely packing and dispatch of Material.
Building of stock of products in FG and Semi Finished Goods as per qty finalised.
