Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
- Manage a team of Outbound Telesales Executives dedicated to business development through new business acquisition prospects.
- Floor Management of Telesales Team and achieving team and individual targets
- Establish rapport with existing customers about our product and assure efficient services deliveries.
- Coaching and developing a team of Telesales executives to achieve their Daily Call Targets and Daily, Weekly and Monthly Incentive Criteria.
- Managing recruitment, on-job training and monitoring of telesales executives, Team leaders and Client Service Executives.
- Review, improve and manage the functions of the Sales Office (branch).
