– Responsible for Direct sale & Marketing of residential Villas & Apartments in Bangalore

– Generate leads for ongoing & upcoming projects.

– Create Online Marketing activity

–  Maintaining strong client relationship and a high level of customer service.

– Create Pre-sales proposals/Pitch.

– Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities within and outside the venue.

–  Sales Activity at Sites

– Key Skills & Experience:

–  People with a positive attitude, good work ethic preferred

– Preferably with a graduate in Marketing/Hotel Management

–  Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

–  Proficiency in English and Kannada Languages.

Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil Languages would be an advantage
