Job Objective:
 To ensure achievement sales targets (bookings and Sales) as per plan
 Manage the distributor sales executive on a day to day basis
 Manage 8-10 dealers in the allocated territory
 Implement initiatives in-line with expectations
 Build builder/promoter and influencer connect
 Ensuring a consumer driven mindset at all times

Must be a graduate with fluency in English. An MBA is preferable though not necessary
• Required minimum of 2-3 years of sales management experience in the following industries
• FMCG / Consumer durable industry
• Service oriented industry (2W, tire, furniture, plumbing, electrical, white goods, etc.)
• Construction materials industry (cement, steel, tiles etc.)
• Consumer choice industries (office equipment, hospital equipment, commercial
vehicles etc.) is a plus
• Pharmaceutical / Credit card / Insurance

• Must be a graduate/diploma holder. MBA in sales and marketing is a plus.

• Outstanding verbal and communication skills – must be well versed in local language and dialects.

• Well-groomed and street smart.

• Comfortable with use of technology (tablet, mobile phone based apps) on a daily basis.

· Communication skills in Hindi and English. Other local languages are also beneficial

· Working closely with the fabric manufacturer on new developments, washing methods and collecting sample cloths. Communicating with manufacturer for new orders, updating them on production planning and manage the dispatch flow to production.

· Working closely with the production team to plan production and capacities for the current and forthcoming seasons. Monitoring production flow to ensure timelines committed to buyers are being respected.

· Following up with the Lab to ensure adherence to quality and customer requirements. Focusing on innovative technologies and alternative methods of increasing efficiency.

· Production planning and works towards the pricing strategy thereby increasing the bottom line.

· Attend relevant trade shows, markets and events to identify market trends, gather product information, select merchandise and establish business relationships with viable vendors

· Shop other comparative brands, on a regular basis to identify new trends and opportunities, evaluate merchandise mix, evaluate competition, and translate findings into executable product plans

· Keeping updated at all times the order management files and fabric trackers.

· Maintaining all MIS reports
