HR Executive – Description of job profile:-
Provide general day-to-day HR support in relation to all HR, Employee Benefits,
and other administration all in compliance with statutory obligations and best
practice. Recruitment & Selection for Project plan.
Responsibilities :-
 Perform day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
 HR & People Development Manager with generalist HR matters, including
reviewing and developing relevant Policies and Procedures and providing
advice in relation to employee performance, conduct and absence
management.
 Providing confidential ad hoc advice and assistance to employees.
 Preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary.
 Administration, co-ordination and support ( Time Keeping, Time Booking,
Attendance records, Leaves )
 Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee
information.
 Developing an induction programs for new employees.
 Coordinating and administering training and development programs and liaising
with training bodies as required. This includes providing support in relation to
Health and Safety training records for employees.
 Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
 Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
(staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
 Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and
regulations.
 Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

 Outdoor duty Bill Checking and approval.
 Fulfillment of additional duties as required.

Skills and Qualification:-
MBA-HR/ MPM,
 At least 2 + years experience of working in a generalist HR environment,
Including administration, recruitment and training at all levels.
 Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human
resources/administrative position.
 Understanding and practical knowledge of employment law and employer best
practice.
 Organized and methodical approach to administration and record

keeping.

 Excellent IT Skills.
 Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts,
employee leaves and insurance)
 Demonstrable leadership abilities.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Basic knowledge of labor laws and employees benefits (PF, ESIC,Bonus,
Insurance, Etc )
Working Location: – Chandigarh
CTC :- 1.5 to 3.5 LPA
No gender preference, Exp.- 2 to 6 years, No past specific Industry Exp

Accounts Executive – Description of job profile:-
Accounts Executive will be responsible for day to day accounting works
includes book keeping, day to day money transaction, taxation, account
payable, payment related statutory works, vendor payment, petty cash
payment etc.
Responsibilities:-
 Using accounting software (Tally / SAP) to create spreadsheets and
reports.
 Will be responsible for handling petty cash and daily.
 Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and
investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
 Presenting accounting issues and results to executive committees and
upper management.
 Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
 Preparing statutory accounts and making statutory payments.
 Calculating and checking bills and records to make sure payments,
amounts and records are correct.
 Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
 Oversee operation of Accounting Department, Reception, Payroll, Human
Resources and Treasury operations.
 Preparation of monthly financial reports, Excel MIS Reports.
 Ensure adequate controls are in place, i.e. policies, procedures
 Accounts Payable
 Accounts Receivable
 Monthly GST Returns if applicable.

Skills and Qualification:-
B.Com/M.Com.
2+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment,
manage
financials manufacturing accounting systems, standard cost accounting.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of Tally/SAP/ ERP and integrated accounting systems.
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced excel skills.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Working Location: – Chandigarh
CTC :-L 1.5 to 3.5 PA

Site Helper – Description of job profile:-

Site Helper will be performing duties that require technical skills, including
installing and repairing wiring of electrical products at site. Will be
responsible for completing given task within stipulated time with 100%
quality assurance.
Responsibilities :-
 Executed daily operations wiring light fixtures, and participating in
electrical based project work.
 Repaired wiring, fixtures and equipment, installed lighting, electrical
outlets, and circuit breakers.
 Replaced faulty circuit breakers, fuses, switches, electrical and electronic
components, or wire.
 Transport electrical materials, supplies and tools to various work sites as
assigned.
 Trouble-shoot various electrical systems including Street Lights.
 Train and supervise co-workers/teammates in multiple projects refer to
electrical installations.
 Combination of electrical circuits and panel boards.
 Provide the necessary working tools to complete a specific installation.
 Wire and rewire switches, outlets and lighting fixture
 Perform semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the
installation, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems
and equipment.

Skills and Qualification:-
 ITI Electrical, able to understand circuits and Installation process of
lighting products.
 He should be able to guide and manage his team members and
complete targets of Street Light Installation in assigned area.
 Should be familiar with PPEs and Safety norms to be followed.
 Should be ready to work on electrical street light poles.

Experience Range – 1 to 4 years
Working Location: – Within Haryana
CTC :- 1 to 2.5 LPA
