JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales officer is mainly responsible for selling products or services directly to a specific market and customer, or indirectly through a retail or distribution organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES
Ø Managing sales of sheeting business (Charminar) for a territory through innovative marketing.
Ø Ensure achievement of revenue as per target for the specific territory assigned
Ø Channel management: Identifying & networking with channel partners/ retailers, resulting in market penetration & reach for evaluating performance & monitoring the sales and marketing activities of Charminar roofing sheets.
Ø Monitoring inventory control, thereby ensuring ready availability of the stock as per the market demand and implementing effective logistic strategies.
Ø Responsible for increasing the distribution spread by appointing new dealers, distributors and retailers.
Ø Channel sales management
Ø He will also be preparing and sending various reports to the branch office
Ø Maintain quarterly and annually sales figure of assigned territory.
Ø Preparing renewal contracts and quotes for existing client
Ø Providing detailed updates on marketing activities of competitors
Ø Providing feedback from clients in order to access possible improvements to existing products and also the need for new products
Ø Ensuring proper handling of products to achieve good customer satisfaction
