Job brief
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer with (5-6 year Exp.) to provide technical assistance to our clients. You will help troubleshoot issues related to our Online Digital Marketing Tool.
If you’re computer-savvy and enjoy supporting end users, we’d like to meet you.
To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. Ultimately, you will ensure prompt and accurate customer service and increase client satisfaction.
Requirements
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are properly resolved and they are satisfied
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Participation in providing training to customers as required
Flexibility in terms of working hours (2 hours +/- usual working hours in case there is work load or customer queries are pending)

Client Interaction Experience required:- Preferred
Skillls Required
Create tests in the automation test suite
• Write test planning documentation from requirements specifications.
• Review/Write all testing documents and other test-related documentation.
• implementation of the overall testing strategy
• Ensure that quality standards are adhered to during the development of products.
• Add new tests and expand the automation test suite.
• Collect and create test data for functional and non-functional testing.
• Run functional and non-functional tests.
• Write requirements and create scenarios for performance testing.
• Liaise with developers during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Provide estimates for test activities
Contributing toward predictable delivery of quality releases
maintaining a robust log of all test cases and test results
o Have the drive to become a expert in:
o Unit testing
o UX Testing
o UI Testing
o Integration testing of APIs
o Performance and scalability testing
o Security Penetration Testing

Designation:React Native Developer
Total Years of Experience: 1 – 3 years

Technical Skills:
· React, React Native, Javascript, HTML/CSS, GIT.
· Experience in Agile development and unit test writing.
Must-haves:
● Experience in developing iOS or Android applications with React Native,
● Familiarity with state/data management libraries (redux/mobx),
● Deep knowledge of the latest js standards,
● Knowledge of testing frameworks (jest/detox),
● Familiarity with debugging tools,
● Ability to work with with iTunes Connect and Google Play Store,
● Ability to work with Apple Developer Center,
● familiarity with iOS and Android capabilities,
● Familiarity with the platforms' basic features, such as location services, push
notifications, etc.,
● Experience in 3rd party services integration,
● Experience in integrating Swift/Objective-C/Java libraries with React Native,
● Good Communication Skills.
Qualification
· B.E, B.Tech, MCA with minimum 65% marks.
