Job brief

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer with ​(5-6 year Exp.)​ to provide technical assistance to our clients. You will help troubleshoot issues related to our Online Digital Marketing Tool.

If you’re computer-savvy and enjoy supporting end users, we’d like to meet you.
To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. Ultimately, you will ensure prompt and accurate customer service and increase client satisfaction.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are properly resolved and they are satisfied
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Participation in providing training to customers as required
Flexibility in terms of working hours (2 hours +/- usual working hours in case there is work load or customer queries are pending)
