Designation: Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Atleast 1 Year hardcore Sales Experience in Lithium Ion Battery Pack Industrial Sales
Reporting to: Business Head
1. Candidate should have experience Industrial & OEM Sales of Industrial Battery Packs.
2. Should be self-reliant while dealing with clients.
3. Should have sound product knowledge.
4. Target Industry: Lithium Ion Battery packs in OEMs, Solar Industry, Integrators, .E-Vehicle, UPS, Telecom, Industrial etc.
5. Should be able to work independently in the field.
6. Should have proven experience in generating new customers on the field.
7. Should have sound knowledge of Lithium ion battery cells, battery packs & required calculations.

Requirements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are properly resolved and they are satisfied
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Participation in providing training to customers as required
- Flexibility in terms of working hours (2 hours +/- usual working hours in case there is work load or customer queries are pending)
