MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Full function Accounts Receivable and Payable data entry

 Understanding of and ability to process journal entries

 Filing, checking, printing, assisting with day to day transactions and mail outs

 Banking Operations

 Accounts Receivable and Payable data entry

 Spreadsheets & reconciliations

 Reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledgers

 Dealing with internal and external queries

 Ability to work within tight time constraints to achieve targets and meet deliverable’s

 Admin duties to assist Marketing and HR

 Ad hoc duties as required

Skills:

 All rounder with attention to detail, highly motivated, reliable, honest, and have the ability to multi task. Can work autonomously and as part of a team.

 Book keeping and accounting experience in different areas of accounting administration.

 Excel and Word knowledge (intermediate to advanced would be an advantage)

 Experience in accounting software (Tally9 experience would be an advantage)

 Good communication skills

The responsibilities of the role will include

 Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

 Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Also command over written communication skills in English.

 Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

 Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

 Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise

 Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

 Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

 Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

 Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

 Evaluate and handle customer feedback with urgency and escalate as per company processes

 Work closely with accounting, verification and other administration teams

 Handle and allocate inbound email requests from customers as per company processes

 Negotiating, problem solving and dealing with complex enquiries

 Working with technology across multiple platforms

 Working in a fast paced environment where resilience and an ability to stay focused is a must

 Admin duties to assist Marketing and HR

 Ad hoc duties as required

Skills:

Ideally the successful applicant will possess the following:

 Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and strong attention to details

 Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

 Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

 Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

· Cataloging and storage of documents for future retrievals

· Upkeep of database of verification program for client information

· Investigate and report on management system failures

· Ensure to maintain client and company records under strict confidence

· Dealing with internal and external queries

· Ability to work within tight time constraints to achieve targets and meet deliverable’s

· Admin duties to assist Marketing and HR

· Ad hoc duties as required

Skills:
