Job Description – o We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner o An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills o The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget Key Skills – o Proven experience as construction project manager o In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles o Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards o Computer proficiency in Auto cad & other software o Familiarity with construction/ project management software o Outstanding communication and negotiation skills o Excellent organizational and time-management skills o A team player with leadership abilities Job Duties – o Coordinate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project o Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements o Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities o Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations o Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met o Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks o Play crucial role on hiring contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities as per company norms o Supervise the work of engineers, supervisors, Stores, contractors, labourers, etc. and give them guidance when needed o Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports o Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and issue reports o Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget o Coordinating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project o Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements o Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities o Ensuring resource availability and allocation

LEGAL MANAGER
Experience – Minimum 5 Years in Real Estate
Education – LLB / LLM

Key skills –
o Maintaining all legal data of Group including drafting legal documents like sale deeds,
agreement for sale and all other relevant documents including 7/12 extract, PAN card copy, Stamp
Duty paid receipt etc. for all customers under directions of legal consultants;
o Creating and keeping record of all agreements, which includes scanning and storage of original and
Xerox copies.
o Assist in drafting (Marathi / English) any Legal document including contracts, notices, replies etc.
o Assist in the process of contract management by ensuring that the standard drafts of defined
o Agreements are followed ( Lease Agreements, Sales / Dealer agreements and Logistics agreements,
NDA, etc)
o Manage the Agreements of the Company as per Contract Management System and assist in sending
monthly reports to all departmental heads
o Assist in maintaining, updating and safeguarding the organization & #39s legal documents,
registers, records as required under various applicable legislations.
o To support documentation required by various departments in the Company for obtaining and
maintaining various statutory approvals
o To provide assistance for the Statutory Audit of the Company
o Assist in maintenance of proper records of the physical and soft documents
o Assist in filing of forms and statements with statutory bodies, Registrar of Companies.
