* Will be completely responsible for all facilities including patient rooms/ OPD’s/ ICU’s/ Housekeeping/ Security.

* Will be responsible for maintenance of furniture, Fixture, Air conditions etc.

* Responsible for all electrical/ mechanical/ civil work in the hospitals etc.

* Fire and safety

Liaison with local government agencies, Municipal bodies and legal compliances

Ensure House Keeping and up keeping for office area, common Areas, Atrium, Car parking, Lobby, Fire Escape staircases, AHU /Electrical / Machine. Manage for Glass / Facade cleaning & Pest Control.etc
