Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate, prepare and conduct daily sales conversations
2. Manage a pipeline of national merchants and meet aggressive monthly sales goals
3. Close high-value retail and service clients for Crown it.
4. Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of the Crown it platform and audience and communicate and sell up to the C-level.
5. Responsible for contract negotiation on new and renewal business
6. Collaborate with other individuals on the regional/national sales, operations and account management teams
7. Utilize internal and external resources to understand a prospects business including margins, quarterly and yearly sales and brand value proposition
8. Develops familiarity with merchants’ business, including but not limited to: products and/or services, consumer demographics, consumer ratings, points of competitive differentiation, merchant economic model, and revenue and profit drivers
9. Understands and applies concepts of cash back/discount structure and strategy that are proven models for successful achievement of merchant’s desired outcomes.
