A background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred. The selected candidate will be responsible to respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints via phone or email. The candidate has to assist with customer issue regarding products or payment, manage online chat with customers and follow up on customer interactions. The candidate must possess bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and proven track record of successful client relationship management. The candidate should have 1-2 years experience working directly with clients AND 1-2 years experience in business-to-business environment.
