We have opening for customer support executive in Chandigarh. The candidate should have 3 to 5 years experience. The selected candidate will be responsible to respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints via phone or email. The candidate has to assist with customer issue regarding products or payment, manage online chat with customers and follow up on customer interactions. The candidate must possess bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and proven track record of successful client relationship management. The candidate should have 1-2 years experience working directly with clients AND 1-2 years experience in business-to-business environment. The candidate has to inform customers of deals and promotions via emails and compile reports on overall customer satisfaction. The candidate should have superb writing, speaking/listening, and presentation skills and proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Experience with online advertising is a plus. The salary ranges from 20k to 35k. The company is 6 days working.
