A requirement of Manager in the domain of user acquisition. The candidate should be from from Top B-School & from Delhi/NCR region. The candidate should have 1-4 years experience in relevant domain. The candidate must have knowledge to drive user acquisition through digital marketing channels with focus on FB and Google. Should have experience of driving hyper local app installs for a city wise business model. Can manage all mobile marketing activities: including user acquisition – ad/campaign creation, optimization and budget allocation. Should have good handle on attribution tools like Appsflyer, Apsalar etc. also working knowledge of app analytic platform like Flurry, Localytics etc . Know how to Monitor, track and report on digital/mobile marketing metrics. Develop and manage mobile app marketing strategies. The candidate should have Knowledge of affiliate tracking systems, measurement tools and related analytic services and track the progress & success of all A/B, multivariate tests. Make analytical, data driven recommendations. Interact and directly manage partners, affiliates and agencies to maximize campaign performance and ROI. Candidate should understand, and is comfortable taking a leading role in mobile marketing strategy, and have good knowledge of SEM, AdWords, Facebook Ads and conversion optimization. Must have Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at once and is results-driven and have a passion for pursuing audacious goals. The candidate have positive can-do- attitude and are comfortable working in a flat, dynamic and culturally diverse team. The serving location will be Delhi and CTC offered ranges from 8 to 11 LPA.
An opening for Technical Lead in Manesar, Gurgaon. The required experience and education is 5 to 7 Years & B.Tech, BE or MCA respectively. should have knowledge of Java SE, Java EE ,Spring ,JPA specs based ORM (Hibernate),JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jboss, Tomcat, Glassfish.SQL. The candidate must have experience as a technical leader in an organization. This includes coaching and mentoring new associates, overseeing the development work of other resources, working through complex problems, and working with our business partners to deliver an amazing experience for our clients. Should have Working experience in Agile Development / scrum methodology. The communication skills (both verbal and written) should be excellent and have proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. Candidate must be capable to Designs and codes software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules. Adhere to product build & release schedules and strategies and acts as a technical resource for lower-level developers. The candidate should have knowledge to Tests and debugs assigned components and units, Participates in large system and subsystem planning and provides technical leadership to other developers on the team and ensures software check-ins into Git and builds and deployments are done. Can works closely with client side Lead/Manager and reviews other team member code and technical documents. Analyzes functional and system level user stories, tasks and issues and conduct Sprint and Release planning and implements maintenance and feature sprints. Must be capable to perform a variety of complicated tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Flexible to Works with the developers and systems engineers to solve critical problems and identify efficiencies in implementing technical and functional requirements and tasks and Conduct Software development, code review, test, and release through continuous integration.
