  • Manager – User Acquisition

A requirement of Manager in the domain of user acquisition. The candidate should be from from Top B-School & from Delhi/NCR region. The candidate should have 1-4 years experience in relevant domain. The candidate must have knowledge to drive user acquisition through digital marketing channels with focus on FB and Google. Should have experience of driving hyper local app installs for a city wise business model. Can manage all mobile marketing activities: including user acquisition – ad/campaign creation, optimization and budget allocation. Should have good handle on attribution tools like Appsflyer, Apsalar etc. also working knowledge of app analytic platform like Flurry, Localytics etc . Know how to Monitor, track and report on digital/mobile marketing metrics. Develop and manage mobile app marketing strategies. The candidate should have Knowledge of affiliate tracking systems, measurement tools and related analytic services and track the progress & success of all A/B, multivariate tests. Make analytical, data driven recommendations. Interact and directly manage partners, affiliates and agencies to maximize campaign performance and ROI. Candidate should understand, and is comfortable taking a leading role in mobile marketing strategy, and have good knowledge of SEM, AdWords, Facebook Ads and conversion optimization. Must have Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at once and is results-driven and have a passion for pursuing audacious goals. The candidate have positive can-do- attitude and are comfortable working in a flat, dynamic and culturally diverse team. The serving location will be Delhi and CTC offered ranges from 8 to 11 LPA.
