Job Responsibilities

– Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like Elance, Odesk, Guru, virtual Worker etc.

-To Manage entire Bid Process in order to ensure adherence to Leighton’s Procedure and Clients Specifications.

-To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid.

-To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins.

-To liaise with site team, vendors and sub-contractors on information in order to produce correct bid.

-To work on construction methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid.

-Experience in handling overseas clients

-Must have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills. (Mandatory)

-Should be flexible enough to work in Afternoon/Night Shifts

PPC Analyst

Position PPC Analyst

1. Skills:

– Able to understand the business website thoroughly so as to implement a strategic plan for Google Adwords (mainly).

– Perform account management activities on Google Adwords for various clients like maintenance of keyword bids, daily budget, search terms analysis etc…

– Highly creative in writing good ad copies for the clients ranging from B2B and B2C segment.

– Manage intermediate to large scale of keywords inside the Adwords account.

– Provide recommendations and execute strategies for account improvement activities keeping up with the client’s objectives.

– Ready to meet targets and deadlines within the defined time period.

Working knowledge of Bing Ads Interface would be preferred.

– Basic to intermediate level of understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.

– Fast learner who can readily adapt to the changing digital marketing world and cope up with the client goals.

BA/QA Job description

We need senior BA/QA with 4 to 5 years of experience.

The candidate will be responsible to work with multiple client teams and internal/external developers on a variety of projects related to new products introductions, new technology introductions and enhancements to existing processes or systems. Focus of work will consist of both business analysis and end-to-end testing of overall systems and/or components of systems.

Job duties / accountabilities:

· Work closely with end-users to identify and establish requirements for, custom applications or package software in project mode or modification required to find a solution

· Review and approve Business Requirements, System Requirements and understand Design Specs.

· Work in a team environment with multiple developers with the ability to bridge business specs into technical specs

· Excel in creating test plans and writing/running automated test scripts to pinpoint software defects, track bugs, close open defects and validate functionality. Serve as a value-adding member of QA teams.

· Prepare methods/documentation/procedure for the introduction for new or change systems or processes

· Complete all documentation under your project timelines and personal ownership

· Ensure that user requests are continuously tracked as a means of identifying common problems that may require a global solution

· Good knowledge and experience of telecommunications & ITIL a great asset

· Practice in integrating into different client environments seamlessly
