1.Onboard Doctors/Clinics/ Lab Franchises for Relex
2.Ensuring valid lead generation from on- boarded partner
Key Accountabilities/
1.Number of On boarded Doctors/Clinics/ Lab Franchises for
2.Ensuring valid lead generation from all the on boarded partners
3.Maintaining a sound relationship with referring doctors/clinics etc.
4.Clear inter and Intra departmental coordination for all the process flow.
Day to Day responsibilities
1.Ensuring daily visits numbers are met.
2.Ensuring daily MIS are maintained
3.Ensuring valid lead generation vs on boarded partner
4.Proper plan and execution of daily plan as per geography and the company’s needs.
5.Adhering to all the plan and target set by the company
Candidate should have an experience in Hospital (Referral sales
domain ) or Diagnostic Sales (Franchises and Doctor connect
Should possess:
Valid Driving Licence
Two wheeler with valid documents such as vehicle RC Book,
Insurance, Emission Test and vehicle Insurance.

Experience in handling Switchgear Equipment for Railway Segment / Power Segment.
Skills:
1. Ability to prepare bids, negotiate where required and convert the bids into orders.
2. Be able to interact with the decision making level of Customers.
3. Candidates should possess sound knowledge of techno-commercial aspects related to switchgear sales and marketing. Should be able to handle large contracts independently.
4. Build relationships with Customers and maintain the same.
5. Business Development of new products is able to get approvals from technical authorities.
6. Be able to map the industry environment and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
7. Be able to formulate plans and implement these for pan India growth of the product portfolio.

Graphic Designer
Create two or three-dimensional art to create visual concepts
Experience in Design logos and layout designs for Print and Digital media including websites, Brochures, Reports and advertisements
They work with other professionals to incorporate Corel draw, illustration, Photoshop, InDesign & Videos to ensure products display as intended.
To communicate brands visually and effectively.
Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the customer needs in mind
Should have video editing, animations experience.
Should know video motion graphics skills and video making skills
Work and co-ordinate with cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social-media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messaging and deliverables
Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences
Experience in Design marketing/advertising campaigns — from developing the vision
and messaging platform to overseeing production on time.
